Approximately 70% of our former students are currently employed in the Entertainment Industry, in areas such as:
- Arts Administration (box office, front-of-house operations, marketing)

Students in our program are require to complete an internship in a professional, theatre-related company for two summer terms (minimum of 12 weeks) following their junior year. Through their internship, students will gain hands-on experience by being involved with the productions of the Tarleton State University theatre. Participating in an internship will give students the real-world experience they will need to be successful after graduation.

Facilities and Features
The purpose of this organization is to promote interest and encourage the expansion of knowledge in theatrical arts. The Tarleton Players are part of the oldest theatre tradition at Tarleton and use productions to benefit both the university and the community, as well as to fulfill the purpose of the organization.
The Clyde H. Wells Fine Arts Center is home to the Department of Fine Arts. The following facilities are available to all Music students, as well as to students from other areas of Fine Arts:
- 721 seat auditorium
- 216 seat theater
- 90 seat workshop theater
- 22 offices for faculty, staff, and students
- 20 music practice rooms
- 7 music studios
- 4 classrooms
- 2 rehearsal halls
- 2 computer labs
Alpha Psi Omega aims to stimulate interest in theatre activities at Tarleton, as well as to secure the advantages provide by a nationally honored fraternity. The fraternity provide its members with rewards for participation in any theatre related activity across the university.
