Overview
The degree allows students to develop and fine tune business strategies/concepts that are needed to apply in everyday business operations. Our program’s focus is in Human Resources, which enables students to learn the basics of business practices such as:

- Benefit Analysis
The Tarleton Human Resource Management program (BBA and MS) has continually aligned with the Society of Human Resource Management recommendations.
