The Electrical Engineering program at Tarleton State University evolved from the Engineering Physics degree, and includes a variety of both Electrical and Computer Engineering topics such as:

  • Electronics
  • Computer Architecture
  • Signal Processing
  • Control Systems

Graduates of this program will possess the knowledge and skills they need in order to design innovative solutions that can impact the future of technology.

Our institution is dedicated to student success, and as such, provide a variety of academic service including both faculty and peer-mentoring, supplemental instruction, math/science clinics, and tutoring.

Engineering Club

This is a club that allows students to gain hands-on experience, as well as make friends with like-minded individuals, all while learning. The meetings for this organization are held in the Hydrology Building room 115.

New Applied Sciences Building

New Applied Sciences Building

The new Applied Sciences Building will house both classrooms and labs for the Engineering and Engineering Technology programs. In addition, there will be select labs for the College of Agriculture and Natural Resources. The building is projected to open in Fall 2018.
