This program is designed for students with teaching experience that seek an additional endorsement and want to extend their knowledge in curriculum and instruction. Our mission is to provide you with a relevant, research-based curriculum that develops your capacity for leadership through mastery of knowledge, effective communication, collaboration, inquiry, and decision-making that ensures learner success.

A Bachelor of Science in Elementary Teacher Education at Tarleton State University will help students master teaching skills and specialized knowledge in an academic discipline. A teacher certification option is available in the program to teach at the secondary level.
