CBT skills group, Online Workshop

Learn and practice skills to manage your thoughts, mood, and behaviors. Each week we will start out with recapping the skill learned during the previous session and then introduce a new skill to practice for the next week.

Rainbow Chat: An online support group for LGBTQIA+ Students

Mondays at 4pm

A safe space for all LGBTQIA+ students to receive support and discuss mental health and other related issues. This is an online drop-in support group and does not require you to be a client at Student Counseling Services. Register on our calendar event.

A therapy group for anxiety

Wednesday at 3:30 in Rec 105

Learn about simple practices that have a profound influence on the way we function but are often overlooked when we’re struggling. Topics include sleep hygiene, healthy relationships / social life, mindfulness and relaxation, hobbies and interests and more. Topics vary weekly.  This is a drop-in, informal group that does not require you to be a client. Join us any Wednesday or every Wednesday. Healthy Habits (Online)

A workshop to build healthy habits

Available to all students (you do not have to be a client).

Working on building a healthy habit? Join us in this weekly drop-in workshop where participants can share their progress and check in on each other as each is working on building a healthy habit to improve their life.
