Our hybrid doctoral model is built on intentional, in-person experiences that foster deep learning, meaningful connection, and personal growth.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Residencies are not just logistical checkpoints\u2014they&#8217;re catalysts for transformation.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>While our program is primarily hybrid, the <strong>structured residency model<\/strong> is a foundational part of the experience. Residencies take place 2\u20133 times per semester and offer:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\ud83d\udd0d <strong>Intensive learning<\/strong>: Deep dives into research methods, dissertation design, and thought leadership<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\ud83e\udd1d <strong>Mentorship<\/strong>: Dedicated time with faculty mentors, dissertation chairs, and research peers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\ud83c\udf10 <strong>Connection<\/strong>: Build lasting relationships with fellow doctoral candidates from various industries<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\ud83e\udded <strong>Professional development<\/strong>: Guest speakers, leadership seminars, and executive roundtables<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><em>\u201cYou can only go so far behind a screen.
