The DSPCOB Doctoral Programs Committee has been charged with developing a doctoral program for the college. That process involves many steps, including researching existing programs, designing an appealing program of study, and writing the proposal documents. There is much to learn and many design decisions to make along the way. Some of the information we need comes from administration, staff, faculty, current students, and alumni. Sometimes what we learn is intuitive, and in other instances counterintuitive. But communicating what we learn to the various groups and the community is just as important.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
