The Department of Animal Science hosted their Fall Social on September 20th<\/sup>. Animal Science has seen tremendous growth over the last few years, which was evident with the number of undergraduate students in attendance at the Fall Social, as over 300 undergraduate students attended. The social offered students the opportunity to meet and greet departmental faculty, staff, competitive teams, and student organizations. Students who attended the event were excited to share selfies from this event (below) and were enthusiastic to get to meet so the department representatives and enjoyed learning more about the department.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The event was a great success and the department is looking forward to turning this in to an annual event. We are excited to announce that the 2nd<\/sup> Annual Department of Animal Science Fall Social will take place September 18th<\/sup>, 2024 from 6:00pm \u2013 8:00pm (more information coming soon)!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
