New to the TSU Campus? Here is a quick guide to help make sure you maximize your experience in a TSU computer lab or classroom.
- Contact information for tech support for the space you’re in is located in 2 places:
- A card taped to the desk
- In the “Classroom & Lab Support Services” pop up when they log in to the computer

- Using the “Classroom Tech Support” App on your PC desktop is the quickest way to receive help
- This message will go directly to our helpdesk who will relay the request to our team immediately upon arrival of the message
- When you open Zoom – it chooses a camera by default – make sure you select the PTZ Pro(2) as your camera
- For questions about choosing alternate cameras, such as the Document Camera, reach out to your College Level Tech
- Please go to your spaces before the first day of class – log in and make sure what you need is there
- This was more important when login times were lengthy but that has been resolved with SSD’s – this is more of a check for software functionality action item
- If you are teaching in one of our active learning rooms please reach out to the College Level Tech for that space for training before the first day of class
