Whether you need an event or meeting space, contacts for catering and rentals, or assistance navigating campus policies and procedures, we can provide information to help your team lead the planning and execute a smooth event.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-tarleton-texan-black-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Event Coordination:<\/strong> Our event coordinators can create room diagrams, oversee the set-up and tear-down of your event space, and provide A\/V support during your event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-tarleton-texan-black-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Event Planning and Management<\/strong>: For high-profile or special initiative events with complex logistics, multiple venues, and\/or notable guests, our event managers can assist with all phases of event development from start to finish. For this level of partnership, we assist with event design and planning, logistics, and execution of your event.
