Slideshow

A somewhat versatile module that can have multiple uses, the module is a panel with multiple slides (max of 7) of photographs on the left (or top) and captions on the right (or bottom). These slides automatically move into and out of view on the screen, from a left and right direction, depending on how many slides are available. Each slide is an image with a call-to-action.

Slides can be hidden in case you wish to hold content for certain parts of the year and republish them, such as event promotions.

Calls-to-action are defined by:

  • Heading for Slide (main idea)
  • Paragraph for Slide (engaging text)

Keep in mind how much real-estate you have with a slide’s call-to-action. Choose your verbiage carefully and test it to make sure it will fit properly on your slideshow.

Do not turn these areas into paragraphs, lists, or tables. Content should be plain text only. The WYSIWYG editor was provide to allow special characters (e.g. á, è, î, õ, ü) that would otherwise be impossible to include in the slideshow text. Review the standards for slideshow headings.
