  • Selling Yourself: The Professional Interview - This presentation gives your students the skills to get the job once they have the interview. Find answers to tough interview questions. Learn tips on how to dress and what to bring to an interview.

  • Job Fair Etiquette - Helpful strategies on making the job fair work for your students. This presentation will give information on professional dress, what to bring, when to arrive, what to expect, and how to follow-up.

  • Digital Dirt - Social networking sites can help or hinder students in their job search.   • E-Portfolios - Learn what an E-Portfolio is and why it can be a tremendous asset in landing a great career.

  • Internships: From Classroom to the REAL World - Learn why internships are important opportunities to take advantage of, and where to get started.

  • LinkedIn - Learn how to power your online presence using LinkedIn and its many tools to networking in an intentional manner.

  • Career Planning and Testing - The career exploration process is discussed, including personality and career interest inventories, choosing a major, and setting career exploration goals. All participants will be encouraged to schedule an individual appointment with a career counselor.

  • Professionalism - What does professionalism mean?  What are the characteristics of a professional?  How can students become more professional?  These are the questions addressed in this presentation (also available in panopto).

  • What NOT To Wear to a Job Fair (or Other Professional Setting) - This presentation is geared toward helping students understand that professionalism is a must when it comes to making a good first impression.  We discuss what is considered appropriate and NOT appropriate attire for professional settings.
