Under your name on the top-right menu, you should be able to select the&nbsp;<strong>Group Calendar for [your current calendar group]<\/strong>. To switch to another calendar group, select&nbsp;<strong>Switch groups<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Typical reasons an event will appear blank on preview:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group link-pop is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Special characters and formatting (e.g. extra spaces, \u201c,\u201d, &amp;) included in Event description,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.tarleton.edu\/calendar-tutorial\/adding-events\/contact-information\/\">Contact information<\/a>, or&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.tarleton.edu\/calendar-tutorial\/adding-events\/event-cost\/\">Event cost<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use of ampersand (&amp;) in Event title, Event description,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.tarleton.edu\/calendar-tutorial\/adding-events\/calendar-tags\/\">Tags<\/a>,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.tarleton.edu\/calendar-tutorial\/adding-events\/call-to-action-button\/\">Call to Action Button<\/a>,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.tarleton.edu\/calendar-tutorial\/adding-events\/contact-information\/\">Contact information<\/a>,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.tarleton.edu\/calendar-tutorial\/adding-events\/event-cost\/\">Event cost<\/a>, or&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.tarleton.edu\/calendar-tutorial\/adding-events\/related-content\/\">Related content<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use of the&nbsp;<strong>Event Cost<\/strong>&nbsp;option under&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.tarleton.edu\/calendar-tutorial\/adding-events\/event-cost\/\">Event cost<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Event is&nbsp;<em>Hidden<\/em>&nbsp;instead of&nbsp;<em>Live<\/em>&nbsp;or&nbsp;<em>Canceled<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>If you notice anything odd about your event in the calendar listing or event detail views,\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:webmaster@tarleton.edu\">email University Web Operations <\/a>\u00a0with the following information:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group link-pop is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>What should or should not have appeared on your event.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tarleton.edu\/calendar-tutorial\/adding-events\/calendar-groups\/\">Calendar Group<\/a>&nbsp;name (e.g. FACILITY: Recreational Sports Center)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Web Address of the event page<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Section not showing up correctly (e.g. images, cost, contact info)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Review Your Event Once you\u2019ve edited your events, you can preview them on your own calendar group.
