You can share your event to any\u00a0calendar group<\/a>\u00a0available, and\u00a0the owner will determine if it is approved<\/a>. If your event is held in a facility with its own calendar group (e.g. \u201cFACILITY<\/strong>: Library\u201d) share your event to that group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you are an owner on additional calendar groups, you’ll see an Auto-accept as live<\/strong> option which you can check before submitting to ensure you don’t have to approve your own event on multiple calendar groups. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Submit your event to the Tarleton homepage<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We encourage you to let us know what you want promoted on the Tarleton homepage by also selecting \u201cHomepage Feature\u201d on your important events. Please make sure there is a call to action<\/a> and photo<\/a> to make it engaging.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Calendar groups you should not share to<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

There are some calendar groups you should not be sharing to. These calendar groups will never approve your events:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Any calendar denoted “DONOTUSE”:
    • DONOTUSE: Admin<\/li>
    • DONOTUSE: LiveWhale<\/li>
    • DONOTUSE: Tarleton<\/li><\/ul><\/li>
    • Any calendar denoted “PRIVATE”<\/li>
