Welcome to the Center for Access and Academic Testing

The safety and health of our community is of the utmost importance to Tarleton State University. As of Friday, March 27, 2020, all in-person test proctoring and test administration is suspended at all of our campuses until further notice. For updates and more information please visit the University's Coronavirus Page

What testing alternatives are out there now that the testing centers are closed?
How can I take course exams if my professor wants it proctored?
What happens if I have a test already scheduled?
What if I have a test that needs in person proctoring?
How do I take the TSI since all the testing locations are closed?

Our team will be available during normal business hours, Monday - Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. To contact us directly, please email us at or call 254-968-9423 for Academic Testing or 254-968-9400 for Disability Services. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

The Center for Access and Academic Testing is a student-centered department providing services to students with disabilities and offering testing opportunities for the Tarleton community as well as the general public. We have two locations; in Stephenville, we are located in Math 201, directly across from the elevator, and in Fort Worth in the new campus building in suite 350, room 351. If you would like more information about our services, don't hesitate to stop by.

The academic testing center is here as a convenience to students and faculty for the administration and proctoring of a variety of exams. The responsibility for meeting the needs of a student with testing accommodations is that of the course instructor, not the academic testing center.
