A third-party sponsor is an outside organization or entity who has agreed to pay all or a part of a student\u2019s tuition and fees. Third party sponsors who wish to cover some or all of the charges on a student\u2019s account are invoiced by the University for those charges. A third-party sponsor is not a tuition reimbursement. Tuition reimbursement is an agreement between the student and a third-party sponsor in which the sponsor reimburses the student after the student has remitted payment for tuition and fees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Tarleton State University requires documentation (voucher, letter, purchase order, etc.) from the third-party sponsor that provides the information necessary for invoicing. If you are a student uploading your documentation, please use the electronic student form<\/a> to upload the appropriate documentation. If you are a sponsor uploading documentation, please use the electronic sponsor form<\/a> provided. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Third Party Contract\/Sponsor Schedule Change Request<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Students who are utilizing either a third-party contract or sponsor to pay for their tuition and fees will need to complete the Schedule Change Request form<\/a>. By completing this form, it will allow the Business Services staff the opportunity to review the impact the schedule change can have on either your contract or sponsor payments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n After review, students will receive an email to their go.tarleton.edu email address letting them know they are now able to make the schedule change they requested in their Ducktrax, Dropping a Course<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Examples of Third-Party Sponsors:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n
