Tarleton Refund Options

Tarleton State University has partnered with BankMobile Disbursement to deliver your financial aid refund. Refunds can come from financial aid, dropping classes, or overpayment. Each student has a choice of how to receive funds and can use their own bank account.

Tarleton students will receive a green envelope in the mail, sent to the address on file in their student records. Verify this information via DuckTrax.

Once the student has received the green envelope, visit BankMobile and follow the instructions in your welcome kit materials to choose how you would like to receive your refund. Students will need their UIN and the code provided in the envelope to log into BankMobile Vibe.

Three Options for Receiving a Refund

  1. Electronic deposit to a student’s existing bank account
  2. Electronic deposit to BankMobile Vibe account
  3. Paper check delivered by USPS

Students that select the option of paper checks will not be able to pick up checks in the Cashier’s Office.

The fee for using an ATM outside of the Allpoint Network is $2.50. Visit the Allpoint Network to find an ATM location in your area.

Additional Information

Once a student has accessed the information on the BankMobile refund selection site the information is considered active and the $10.00 fee will be applied when ordering a new card.
