As I step into my final semester here at Tarleton State, I\u2019ve been reflecting on the memories I\u2019ve made throughout my time here. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

When people ask me why I chose Tarleton and if I\u2019ve enjoyed being here, my answer is always that Tarleton has always just felt like home. <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I met my best friends at Duck Camp, I found my fianc\u00e9 at the Twist, and I\u2019ve been able to build stronger relationships with lifelong friends. Along with those relationships, Tarleton has provided me with so many opportunities, big and small. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Two standout things from my college career are my study abroad trip to Ireland, thanks to a generous donor, and two great internships found through the DSPCOB.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tarleton has felt like home in a lot of small ways as well. I have always been fully supported by my professors, and have been able to count on them when I need help. <\/em><\/strong>I\u2019ve always loved the smaller size of Tarleton because it feels so much more personal and I get so much more out of it. I\u2019ve also been able to meet so many different people from the area, and every single one of them has made me feel right at home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 There\u2019s so much more I could say about my experience, but Tarleton has given me my best friends and my best memories and I would choose it 100 times over!<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
