Tarleton State High School Band Camp<\/strong> offers high school students the opportunity to immerse themselves in a week of band activities on the Tarleton State campus. High School Band & Jazz Camp is open to all high school students going into grades 9-12<\/strong> with band experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Participants in this camp can register for either the band camp track (which includes participation in a concert band) or the jazz track (which includes participation in jazz ensembles). Attendees of both camps will also be a part of masterclasses, small group ensembles, elective classes, and a variety of recreational activities throughout the week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Those attending High School Band Camp can choose between registering as on-campus students (staying in Tarleton State’s residence halls) or commuter students. On-campus students will be provided all meals during the duration of the camp, beginning with dinner on Sunday and ending with breakfast on Thursday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Commuter students will be provided dinner on Sunday and then lunch only from Monday through Wednesday. Commuter students may also participate in all recreational activities throughout camp week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The week culminates with our final camp concerts in the Clyde H. Wells Fine Arts Auditorium. All parents, family, and friends are invited to attend. Residence hall checkout occurs immediately after the camp concerts on Thursday.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
