What You Need to Apply

  • $50 application fee
  • Official college transcripts from every institution you have attended 
  • Any other items requested by the Office of Undergraduate Admissions based on application answers

ApplyTexas applicant type: U.S. Transfer

Undergraduate Admission to the off-campus locations such as Fort Worth, Midlothian, Waco, RELLIS-Bryan, and Online require a minimum of 30 transferable hours, a 2.0 GPA and that a student must be TSI complete.

Campus Locations

Students who live within the specific counties listed below will be classified as a student at one of our outreach campus locations. Additional online fees may be charged for the delivery of the university's distance education program.

  • Stephenville: Erath, Comanche, Eastland, Hood, Palo Pinto, Hamilton, Somervell
  • Fort Worth: Tarrant, Parker, Johnson
  • Waco: McLennan, Hill
  • Midlothian: Dallas, Ellis

Transcripts

Students are responsible for sending official transcripts from every institution they have attended. Official transcripts can be sent electronically to transfer@tarleton.edu or mailed to:

Students must send transcripts from every institution previously attended or admission will be denied. Tarleton State University cannot receive transcripts by fax.
