Multicultural Ambassadors

L4D Mission

Students explore diversity by engaging in professional development trainings in order to plan and host the annual Leaders4Diversity Conference (L4D). The Conference is the primary focus of L4D. The L4D curriculum consist of meetings, guest speakers, conference modules, conference updates, conference planning, and team building exercises. Members will also explore areas such as cultural competency, public speaking, current events, leadership, and conflict management. L4D members will learn how to plan, develop, and execute a professional conference. 

L4D Council

Members have the opportunity to be on the L4D Council. The L4D Council consist of chairs and co-chairs. All members are eligible to be a co-chair. Co-chairs are based on interest and availability. Chair positions are available to members with one or more years of L4D experience. Members interested in chair positions are selected through an application and interview process. L4D Council members also have the opportunity to attend other diversity and leadership conferences.

  • Chair of Sponsorships 
  • Chair of Registration 
  • Chair of Outreach 
  • Chair of Workshops 
  • Chair of Logistics 
  • Chair of Marketing 


Leaders4Diversity consist of students at Tarleton State University who plan and execute the annual L4D Conference. Participation is free. Interested students should attend an L4D meeting to learn more or just stop by the Office of Diversity and Inclusion in TSC # 21 or email us at It is easy to join!
