University departments, university organizations, university colleges, and student organizations are encouraged to consult the Office of Diversity and Inclusion to develop inclusive programs and practices.
ODI can provide assistance with:
- Strategic planning and program development that incorporates components and values of diversity
- To develop inclusive, gender fair and disability aware curricula
- Best practice in management and organizational change
- Identify diversity related resources on and off the campus
- Curriculum change

The Office of Diversity and Inclusion provides services for the university community in developing policies and programs to promote diversity and respect as global citizens. University departments, Outreach is an important goal for the University and for the Office of Diversity and Inclusion. Diversity and Inclusion, in collaboration with other departments, engages the community inside and outside Tarleton through variety of custom designed programs and activities. The Community is also invited to attend seminars, speakers, and public lectures.

The Office of Diversity and Inclusion provides custom made diversity training programs for current Tarleton State University classrooms and organizations as well as Ally Training for students, faculty, and staff. We cover a variety of topics and can adjust to your classroom needs.
