Daniel Price called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm. First off was new officer introductions and their duties. Nathan Grigsby went over the web-site with everyone to show how to navigate through it. Daniel had a few announcements about some upcoming events that the wildlife society has coming up. On October 4th and 5th we will be going to the Texas Parks and Wildlife Expo. We will be taking a group there to work the TWA booth and to help recruit new students to Tarleton. We will leave Friday at 5:00pm. Also, we will be helping at Cedar Hill State Park for Hispanic Heritage Day. We will be running the lasershot booth. Trash pickup is on October 2nd at 6:00 pm. Contact an officer if you would like to help with any of these events. The 1st annual wild game dinner is on October 18th at the Quality Inn in Stephenville. Daniel appointed Brooke Williams as the ticket committee head. We still are in need of donations and meat for the dinner. Also, Daniel announced that if you volunteer at any event to please print out and take a record book form with you. Daniel also passed around a notebook for everyone to write down what they planned on doing after they graduate. This information will be used to find guest speakers that interest everyone. The meeting was adjourned at 8:00 pm.
