Daniel Price opened the meeting at 7:00 pm. First off were announcements about upcoming events that we have. We will be giving a donation to the Adopt an Islander fundraiser. We will be sponsoring two individuals to help them get supplies that were lost during hurricane Ike. Texan Tour is Saturday November 1st. We will have our second trash pickup of the semester on November 4th at 4pm. TPWD needs our help doing quail surveys during the next couple of weeks. Quiz bowl practice starts Thursday October 30 at 7pm in the ag building. Alan Matthews is getting record book stuff together so if you have done any volunteering make sure and fill out a form and get it to Alan. We had Cathy Boyles from DFW airport come and talk about her job. Her job consists of keeping wildlife off and out of the airport grounds. Daniel adjourned the meeting at 8pm.
