Need to Know:

1. If you are emailing this completed form to us, please use your Tarleton email account. The form will not be accepted from an outside email account (such as Yahoo, MSN, Gmail, etc.) If your are faxing the form, please also send a copy of your Texan ID card. If you are bringing the form in person, please show us your Texan ID card.
2. Please pay special attention to the Password Guidelines on the form. If you do not provide a password that conforms to the guidelines, it could cause a delay in creating your account.
3. Before beginning work on your web site, please review the Web Guidelines.
4. Web Addresses:
   1. Students: once you have successfully published your files, student addresses will be http://www.tarleton.edu/students/username.
   2. All other accounts will have addresses in the format http://www.tarleton.edu/~EntityName. For example, Jon Doe's NT Login name is jdoe, and his Tarleton email address is jdoe@tarleton.edu. Jon's web address will be http://www.tarleton.edu/~jdoe.
5. Need a custom email address: Departments and organizations can request a customized something@tarleton.edu email address through IT Services.
   A department head or organization sponsor can create a request ticket through the online helpdesk system, at helpdesk.tarleton.edu and ask what they would like the address to be, and provide a brief description of what the account will be used for
