The Texas Journal of Agriculture and Natural Resources publishes articles of recent research work, either descriptive or experimental in nature. Articles from the various disciplines of agriculture and natural resources will be published in the Journal subsequent to critical peer review and approval of the editorial board. Articles submitted for publication in the Journal are to report on work done in Texas by university personnel and their associates. No article is to be submitted for review if the manuscript is under consideration by another journal or magazine. Articles are to be written with critical research analysis but in a style that is easily understood by professional agriculturalists and resource managers. Publication charges are $50.00 per journal page with a minimum charge of $150.00 per article. An electronic copy in MSWord of each manuscript, along with the lead author’s complete name, title, mailing address, phone and fax number, and email address, should be submitted to the editorial board member representing the institution from which the article originated. Manuscripts by individuals outside ACT Universities may be submitted directly to the Editor-in-Chief. The Associate Editor will make the initial assessment regarding scientific merit, style, and appropriate subject material. The approved manuscript will be forwarded to the Editor-in-Chief.
