2003-2004 SCHOOL YEAR
In order to provide the best possible conditions for school improvement, the following are guidelines for participation in the Effective Schools Project:
| The development of a campus improvement plan | |
| Development and/or continuation of a campus leadership team which is integrated with and representative of other existing campus instructional committees and/or planning groups | |
| Regular attendance at ESP conferences and other scheduled activities | |
| Regular campus meetings of the campus leadership team to discuss campus plan and goal attainment | |
| Principal attendance at orientation meeting for new ESP campuses | |
| Membership fee of $600 per campus (plus $50 for each additional conference attendee) |
