EFFECTIVE SCHOOLS PROJECT

2003-2004 SCHOOL YEAR

In order to provide the best possible conditions for school improvement, the following are guidelines for participation in the Effective Schools Project:
The development of a campus improvement plan
Development and/or continuation of a campus leadership team which is integrated with and representative of other existing campus instructional committees and/or planning groups
Regular attendance at ESP conferences and other scheduled activities
Regular campus meetings of the campus leadership team to discuss campus plan and goal attainment
Principal attendance at orientation meeting for new ESP campuses
Membership fee of $600 per campus (plus $50 for each additional conference attendee)
