Training Your Organization Within 45 days of risk management training, officers/advisors are responsible for reporting the content of the program at a full membership meeting. Once the information is presented, please submit the "Statement of Completion" below indicating the report was made to the organizations membership. Attach a copy of the meeting agenda or minutes as documentation. This powerpoint can be used to train organizational members. Must be completed when an event is open to the public, involves alcohol, or when required by the Office of Student Activities for special events. Must be filed with the Office of Student Activities after risk management information has been presented to the entire organization. All recognized student organizations are required to have a risk mangement policy on file with the Office of Student Activities. This template will provide basic information to help organizations develop individual policies.
