Election Code of the Student Government Association Article II: Regular Fall Elections and Nominations ArticleIII: Regular Spring Elections and Nominations Article IV: Write-In Candidates A. Write-in candidates shall be legal as set forth in the terms in Article III, Sections C and D.
B.There shall be no Write-in candidates for Student Body President/Vice-President and Texan Rider.
C. Any write-in candidate receiving enough votes to be considered winner of an election must meet the basic qualifications for holding that office/ position. D. No candidate who has been disqualified from an election shall be considered as a write-in for the same election.
