Election Code of the Student Government Association Article II: Regular Fall Elections and Nominations ArticleIII: Regular Spring Elections and Nominations Article IV: Write-In Candidates ArticleV: Procedure in case of a Tie / Special Elections A. All run-off elections shall be supervised in the same manner as the original election.
B. If there are no candidates for Student Body President, Vice-President, or Texan Rider a special election will be held from the Senate floor. C. The Election Committee shall authorize a Referendum Election at the request of the Student Government Association and/or the university administration.
