Election Code of the Student Government Association Section A. The following code is established to govern and guide all elections sponsored by the Tarleton State University Student Government Association. In addition, this code outlines the scope and authority of the Election Committee that will oversee all student body elections and other special called elections on the campus of Tarleton State University.
Section B. All candidates for a Student Government Association elected office or other elected positions must meet qualifications provided for them in the Constitution of the Student Government Association and this election code.
