PT
Physical Training (PT) is an important part of any Soldiers or Cadets training. A Cadet has to healthy and
physically
fit in order to carry out the
duties
required of them in the U.S. Army.
Cadets in the Texan Battalion conduct PT up to six times a week. Each session consists of some form of muscular endurance, muscular strength, and cardio respiratory exercise.
These PT sessions prepare the Cadet
for the Army Physical Fitness Test (APFT) or PT test. The test consists of two minutes of push ups, two minutes of sit ups, and a two mile timed run. This gives the commander an idea of the level of fitness of each Cadet.
What to find out what you would score take test yourself and input the results here.
