Graduation Information

To file for Graduation:

All Undergraduate Students must fill out the two forms listed below. The Checkout form must be reviewed and signed by your Academic Advisor. These forms must be returned to the Registrar's Office in person or by fax at (254)968-9389.

Deadlines to file for Graduation:

	Fall 2007	April 7, 2007
	Spring 2008	November 15, 2007
	Summer 2008	March 10, 2008
	Fall 2008	April 14, 2008

Graduation Attire:

Graduation is a formal exercise. No unauthorized ornamentation or additions to the gown or cap will be permitted in the ceremony and anyone who does not follow this rule will not be allowed to participate unless such items are removed.
