Monday, August 11, 2008 – Final grades are due by 4:00p.m.

Grades roll every night after they are entered and can be viewed the next day on DuckTrax, however, Repeats, GPA, and Academic Standing WILL NOT be available.

The Registrar's Office will conduct End of Term Processing after all grades have been turned in. The End of Term Processing includes:

• Roll Grades
• Run for Repeats
• Run for GPA
• Run for Academic Standing and Distinguished Students

How to enter Final Grades:

• Log In to DuckTrax (Web Self Service)
• Click on - Faculty Services
• Click on - Term Selection
  • At the Select term menu click on - term for which you are entering grades
  • Click on - Submit
• Click on - CRN selection
  • All the Courses you teach will be listed
  • Choose the course for which you want to enter Midterm Grades
  • Click Submit
• Click on - Midterm Grades
  • You will see a list of the first 25 students enrolled in your course
  • To view the remaining students click next
  • Enter a grade for each student using the drop down box in the Grade column
  • You do not need to fill in the attendance or hours fields
  • ***REMEMBER - there is a 30 minute time limit in DuckTrax***
  • After you have entered grades for every student
  • Click on - Submit
• DuckTrax will indicate that changes were saved successfully.
