How to tell if a degree plan has been filed

Go to DuckTrax and under Academic Transcript there will be a Degree Information section.

  “Sought” – means no degree plan on file.

“Degree Plan filed in the Registrar’s office” – means there is a degree plan on file at the Registrar’s Office.

.

“Pending (appl for graduation)” – means the Student has filed an Application for Graduation at the Registrar’s office.

.

“Degree Awarded” – means the Student has already graduated.
