Intro to Backpacking-Dinosaur Valley State Park Glen Rose, Texas Saturday and Sunday, October 25th and 26th, 2008 $15.00 per person Limit 10 Participants

 Never backpacked before? Interested in getting into backcountry activities? Join us for a great introductory trail in our backyard. We will go over basic skills from how to pack a backpack to meal planning.  Dinosaur Valley offers nice hills, pretty scenery, and numerous clear water streams. Leaves should be turning and the abundant sycamore and cottonwoods will light up the terrain.

Cost includes: Camping/Entry fees, Outdoor Equipment Rental, and 2 meals

Pre-Trip Meeting:  October 22, 2008 (Wed)

Transportation:  Participants provide their own, Staff carpool in personal vehicles and do normal Travel procedures

                Total Participants – Maximum of 10 (Minimum 2 staff)
