Shooting Star -

The Shining Star Award is service-oriented or excellence in performance, which is determined as above and beyond the normal duties of the employed position and is presented to staff members at each quarterly staff meeting.

A Shooting Star Award is presented to staff members who have met the criteria to be awarded a Shining Star on at least two occasions during the quarter.
