Thank you for your interest in the nursing program at Tarleton State University. The nursing program has two entry points:
- NUR 120 Survey of Nursing Science course for generic student and
- Transition Entry for LVNs, RNs, and Transfer Nursing Students.
NUR 120 Survey Entry Pool - Generic Students
NUR 120 Survey of Nursing Science (Survey) is a preadmission course that serves as the applicant pool for the program. Survey is offered during each fall and spring semester.
Students who complete the entry requirements by the appropriate deadline will be ranked via a point system for the 40 NUR 120 slots per semester. The NUR 120 Survey Entry Checklist and supporting information are intended to assist you with submitting all required information to be considered for the NUR 120 entry pool.
