Marketing 

The Bachelor of Business Administration in marketing provides an overview of the principles and concepts of marketing good and services in a free enterprise system. The program includes the University core courses, the College of Business Administration core courses, and 24 hours in marketing courses, including: 

  • Marketing principles
  • Personal selling
  • Consumer behavior
  • Retailing
  • Marketing management
  • International marketing
  • Marketing research
  • Marketing internship or marketing elective 
The marketing degree program allows graduates to pursue careers in various areas including sales, research, retailing, promotion, marketing management and international marketing. Varied courses allow for students to develop marketing knowledge that will be valuable whether a graduate works in the corporate world or pursues career interests at the entrepreneurial level. 

Marketing majors are encouraged to become involved in Pi Sigma Epsilon national marketing fraternity. Participation in this professional organization provided opportunities for students to meet and network with business professionals from the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex, the Killeen/Central Texas area, and Stephenville.
