The Tarleton MBA program develops students’ leadership, decision-making and critical-thinking abilities. Students make decisions based on critical evaluation of real-life situations. Graduate faculty in the College of Business Administration prepare MBA students for current career opportunities and competing effectively in the global arena of business.

The MBA program is offered face-to-face at Stephenville, Fort Worth, Fort Hood, Killeen, and Waco. The MBA program is also delivered online.



The Tarleton College of Business Administration and the MBA program are accredited by the Association of Collegiate Business Schools and Programs. The College is made up of the Department of Accounting, Finance, and Economics, the Department of Computer Information Systems, and the Department of Management, Marketing, and Administrative Systems. Faculty from each of these departments teach courses in the MBA program. These graduate faculty members hold doctoral degrees from many distinguished universities.
