Tarleton L.E.A.D.S.

Leadership. Engagement. Action. Development. Service

Tarleton L.E.A.D.S. is a prestigious three-semester leadership certification program that utilizes in-class and out-of-class experiences to develop student leaders.

Students are selected through an application and interview process at the beginning of each fall semester. The program is limited to 25-30 student leaders each semester.

Students who are “leadership certified” receive special university recognition and accommodations which include a special seal on their official university diploma and academic transcript.

 

Leadership Learning Community- Fall 2010

Learning Communities are a collaborative effort between Academic Affairs and Student Life to foster an inclusive, purposeful community to promote student success.

Students who particpate in the Leadership Learning Community (LLC) are interested in gaining leadership skills and experience both inside and outside of the classroom. Students will particpate in a variety of leadership development training and developing a Strengths-based philosophy.

In addition, students will take a sample of the classes below:
