Physical Activity / Exercise

Based on Weight Watchers activity definitions of low, moderate and intense exercises:

- Low intensity would be if you can sing or talk while engaging in the activity

- Moderate intensity would be if you could talk but not sing

- High intensity would be if you cannot do either

- Moderate and High intensity would be considered Exercise

- Low intensity would be considered Physical Activity

Cycling 8 mph or less

Gardening

Horseback riding

Yoga/Pilates

Water fitness class

Walking 2 mph (strolling, casual walking)

Downhill snow skiing

Aerobic Fitness class

Basketball

Cardio equipment (elliptical, treadmill, stationary bike, stair climber)

Cycling 9+mph

Fitness Muscular conditioning class

Mountain biking

Power Yoga

Swimming laps (but not playing)

Tennis

Walking briskly
