The Nutrition and Foods Program is a four-year Bachelor of Science degree.  In addition to the nutrition and foods subjects, the program places heavy emphasis on sciences (4 semesters of chemistry), communication, management, social and human sciences.

The multifaceted training students receive prepares them for diverse employment opportunities.  Graduates are employed in:

Physical Fitness/Sports Nutrition
Community Nutrition (Government Agencies)
School Food Service
Education
Communications Industry
Commercial Food Service
Hospitality/Restaurant
Food and Nutrition Sciences
