Managing Performance Seminar
Presented by the Office of General Council for Tarleton State University in Februarty 2007 and is divided into three parts:
- Performance Evaluations discusses the regulatory and legal aspects of conducting performance evaluations (~30 minutes)
- Discipline covers the practical and legal aspects of impementing System Policy 32.02, Discipline and Dismissal of Employees (~42 minutes)
- Employment Law is a summary of important laws associated with employer rights and responsibilities, including application of the laws for supervisors (~30 minutes)

- Supervisor's Actions - outlines the actions supervisors need to take to complete the staff evaluation process
