- 43 percent more likely to finish college than those who never live on campus.
- More than likely to do graduate work.
- Likely to have a higher GPA in undersgraduate and graduate work.
- Improved self-confidence and ability to speak in public.
- More satisfied with undergraduate experience.
- More interpersonal contacts with faculty and peers.
- Increase in artistic interest.
- Greater increases in interpersonal self-esteem.
- Greater participation in outside class activities.
- Experience greatest change in philosophy, values, political views and career goals.
