• Improved self-confidence and ability to speak in public.
• More satisfied with undergraduate experience.
• More interpersonal contacts with faculty and peers.
• Increase in artistic interest.
• Greater increases in interpersonal self-esteem.
• Greater participation in outside class activities.
• Experience greatest change in philosophy, values, political views and career goals.
