The Clyde H. Wells Fine Arts Center is located on the corners of W. Vanderbilt and N. Lillian Streets. To get more detailed directions and parking information, click on the links below.

There are several parking lots near the center. However, some are restricted between the hours of 8 AM and 5 PM. After 5 PM, visitors may park in any white or purple zone, visitor's, or reserved parking space. Visitors may not park in red, green, blue zones, or 24-hour reserved parking. Parking in handicapped spaces without a valid permit is also forbidden. Between the hours of 8 AM and 5 PM, a visitor's permit is required to park in visitor parking. A permit may be obtained from the campus police department. They are located just down the road from the center on W. Vanderbilt Street.

Parking Directions

LOT P15 - This lot is directly adjacent to the center. It contains two 15-minute box office parking spaces and two visitor spaces. The rest of the lot is purple zone and faculty parking. This lot can be used after 5 PM.
Lot P16 - This lot is across the street from the center on N. Lillian Street. It is mostly green zone, with a few faculty slots that can be used after 5 PM.
Lot P28 - This lot is directly across the street from lot P15. It contains several visitor parking spaces.
Lot P24 - This lot is up N. Lillian Street from the center. It contains visitor parking as well as white zone parking available after 5 PM.
Lot P30 - This lot is on the street from the center on the corner of N. Lillian and W. Washington Streets. It contains some visitor parking and white zone parking available after 5 PM.

Driving Directions

If you are approaching on Hwy 377 from Ft. Worth/Dallas: Go right onto Business 377. This becomes Washington Street. Turn right onto N. Lillian Street. You will pass the university on your right. Turn right onto W. Vanderbilt Street. The center will be immediately on your right. If you are approaching on Hwy 281 from Interstate 20: Turn right onto Hwy. 8 past the Texas A&M Agricultural Extension Center. Turn left onto N. Graham Street. Turn right onto W. Frey Street. Turn left onto N. Lillian Street. Turn left onto W. Vanderbilt Street. If you are approaching on Hwy 67 from Cleburne: Turn left onto Hwy 67/377 (South Loop). Turn right onto S. Lillian Street. Cross W. Washington Street onto N. Lillian Street. Turn right onto W. Vanderbilt Street. If you are approaching on Hwy 377 from Brownwood: Stay left on W. Washington at the split just past Wal-Mart. Turn left onto N. Lillian Street. You must be in the left-hand lane. Turn right onto W. Vanderbilt Street. If you are approaching on Hwy 108 from Interstate 20: Go Straight onto N. Graham Street. Turn right onto W. Frey Street. Turn left onto N. Lillian Street. Turn left onto W. Vanderbilt Street. If you are approaching on Hwy 8 from Lingleville: Go straight onto Lingleville Road. Turn right onto N. Lillian Street. Turn right onto W. Frey Street. Immediately turn left onto N. Lillian Street. Turn left onto W. Vanderbilt Street.
