You've been admitted to the best four-year university in the State of Texas. We are very excited that you have chosen Tarleton State University as your new home away from home, and look forward to meeting you! We hope you will accept our personal invitation to attend Tarleton's 14th Annual Duck Camp! The best way to begin your transition to college life here at Tarleton.

Duck Camp is the place where you will begin to understand what being a Tarleton Texan really means. You will learn all about Tarleton's many traditions, and receive valuable information from the university and its students to ensure that your college career is the best it can be.

In the past five years, over 4,000 freshman students have attended Duck Camp. They have received a head start into college, insight into their future, and an arm load of new friends. These campers have emerged as the new young leaders on campus. We extend an invitation to you to come see what we're all about by letting us help you to "bridge the gap" between high school and college life. We are the future, so let's get things started right!
