Graduates
Students accepted into the
graduate program receive a letter of welcome from the Head of the Department,
Dr. Bob Newby. This letter indicates the faculty member who will serve
as the student's advisor.
After completion of 15 to
18 graduate hours a graduate committee is selected by the student. At
that point, the chair of the committee serves as the student's academic
advisor until completion of the comprehensive examinations and degree
requirements.
