Tracey Holley
Instructor. Ms. Holley regularly teaches: Business & Professional Speaking, Interpersonal, and Voice & Diction. She also is TSU's Summer Camps Director. Her research interests include jury research, and she has presented papers at the Texas Speech Communication Association and the Southern Speech Communication Association Conventions. |

Charles Howard
Associate Professor & Department Head. Dr. Howard teaches: Debate, Public Relations and Mass Communication Law. Since coming to TSU in 1991 he has presented at the Southern Speech Communication Association Convention and served as Chair of the Freedom of Speech Division. His research interests include First Amendment issues and political communication. |

| Dan Malone Instructor. Mr. Malone teaches Journalism and Mass Communication Studies. His background includes coverage of the criminal justice system, prisons and national security issues. Mr. Malone worked at The Dallas Morning News, The Fort Worth Star Telegram and The Ft. Worth Weekly. He received the Pulitzer Prize for Investigative Reporting in 1992. |

Gay Wakefield Associate Professor and Director of Assessment. Dr. Wakefield joins Tarleton as both a Communication Studies Professor and as Director of University Assesment. Prior to joining Tarleton she was director of Assessment at the Neely School of Business at Texas Christian Univesity and Director of the Professional Communication Program. She has previously taught at Southern Illiniois University and Butler University. Her expertise is in Public Relations, Organizational communication and communication ethics. |
