The Financial Aid Department processes all loans, grants, and scholarships. If the total of your financial aid does not cover your full balance, payment for the difference must be made on your student account by the designated payment deadlines to avoid the cancellation of your classes.

Short-Term Loans are available through the Financial Aid Department for tuition, fees, and books. For a printable short-term loan application, go to http://www.tarleton.edu/~finaid or contact the Financial Aid Departmetn prior to the designated due dates. All short-term loans must be paid back to the University by the designated due dates.

Obligation to Pay Tuition, Required Fees, Other Fees, and Charges for Optional Services

By registering for classes, student agree to pay all tuition and required fees associated with their registration, optional services, and other fees, whether paying in full or utilizing the installment payment option. Failure to pay tuition, fees, or other charges may result in penalties, late registration fees and/or possible cancellation. Unpaid tuition, fees, and other charges are subject to Tarleton State University's collection policy and the student will be responsible for all expenses incurred to collect the account.

 

Payment Instructions

1. Online by Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard, Discover, or Diner's Club), Debit Card, or Electronic Check (ACH Debit). Corprate ACH accounts will not be accepted.

2. By Mail (please allow 7-10 business days for this method) The payment must reach the Office of Business Services by the due date (postmark dates are not considered). Please include your Student ID number on all payments and correspondence. The mailing address is as follows:
